Egg Art Gallery

Welcome to my Gallery! Here you will find some of my creations, as well as those of other artists whose work I sell on consignment.

Let me introduce you to my Mom, Kit Stansbury. This egg was chosen for my logo as a way to dedicate this site to her. It was she who got me started in egg art and continues to support and encourage my ideas and current business. She has been credited with having the first recorded egg show in Phillipsburg, NJ, 28 years ago. She is founder and first president of the International Egg Art Guild.

This type of egg makes a wonderful gift for someone who has everything. A picture of someone special, a grandchild, bride and groom, etc., makes it a very personal gift. These eggs can be made to order on a stand or as a hanging ornament. Prices range from $15-$20 for a duck egg, $20-$25 for a goose egg. Extra large of double yolk goose eggs may require an additional charge. Contact me for specifics.

SEASCAPE AQUARIUM - A Mitzi Perdue design made by Alice

The fish appear to swim around the treasure chest filled with pearls and genuine garnets and sapphires. The oval cut from the egg makes the base. The opening on the completed egg is covered with a clear plastic dome. (This was taken off for this picture, allowing you to see the contents of the egg more clearly)

PATCHWORK TURTLE PIN

This is one of the first things I ever did, and continues to be a popular item, especially for quilters. Half a bob-white quail egg covered in real patchwork fabric makes the body of this pin. Avaiable by special order for $27.50 This design is also available as a quail egg necklace with 24" chain (not shown) for $25.

FILLIGREED GOOSE EGGS

These eggs are done by a very talented egg artist, Ellizabeth Krause of Lehighton, PA. They are sold on consignment through Eggcetera. Except for the hummingbird, there is no choice of design. It is possible to request that the egg rest on the stand vertically or horizontally. All eggs in this group sell for $35 each.
